FAQ

Common questions

How much equity do I give up?

Up to 5% equity is the standard contribution per startup. This is flexible — if your company is generating meaningful revenue or is more mature, the percentage may be lower.

Is this a full-time program?

Yes. The program is designed for founders who can commit significant time during the 12 weeks. Our team embeds inside your company, which requires active, ongoing collaboration — not just weekly check-ins.

What stage does my startup need to be at?

We work best with early-stage startups that have a working product or MVP and some early customer traction. You don't need to be profitable, but you should be past the pure idea stage and actively working on growth.

What does "execution-focused" actually mean?

It means we work inside your company, not just advise from the outside. Founders are expected to build, test, and scale their organizations in real time during the cohort. Our team helps you run growth experiments, fix sales processes, and prepare for fundraising, all while the program is running.

How many startups are in each cohort?

Each cohort includes approximately 20 to 40 startups. Selection is competitive — we prioritize team quality, market potential, and early traction.

Will I get investment at the end?

The program culminates in a Demo Day where you present to investors. Investment is not guaranteed, but our goal is to make you undeniably fundable — with the traction, structure, and pitch to back it up.

Who runs the program?

Imkon Acceleration is run by Imkon Ventures. The operational team works directly with founders across all five growth functions throughout the cohort.
